1/2 cup milk (I use light vanilla soy milk)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon Light and Fit)
2 tbsp ovaltine
ice cubes
Mix together all ingredients in blender (I use a magic bullet). Mix in ice cubes and blend until smooth.
