Banana Bread
1 1/4 cups sugar (I use 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup splenda)
1/2 cup butter (I use applesauce)
2 large eggs (I use egg beaters)
3 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup milk (I use light vanilla soy milk)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour (I use 1 1/2 cups whole wheat and 1 cup regular)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (I just use a dash)
1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts today)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour pans
Mix all ingredients together. I mix all dry and all wet separately and then add all together.
Spread into loaf pans
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes (does not take as long to back as the original recipe which takes more than an hour)
