Baked Chicken with Peaches


4 medium boneless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh peaches (they can be frozen too, but I wouldn't recommend canned)

Seasoning
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together all dry seasonings. Spray a glass baking pan with olive oil. Dip chicken breasts in seasoning mix and lay in bottom of glass pan. Top with peaches. If you use frozen peaches add 1/2 of apple juice for moisture.

Bake for 60 minutes. May need a bit longer. Check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
